<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mahira Khan On Ageism :&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; पाकिस्तानी एक्ट्रेस माहिरा ख़ान के लिए अगर ये कहा जाए कि उनकी त्वचा से उनकी उम्र तो पता नहीं चलता तो शायद गलत नहीं होगा. 39 साल की उम्र में भी एक्ट्रेस ने ख़ुद को जबरदस्त मैंटेन कर रखा है और काफी खूबसूरत लगती हैं, लेकिन कुछ समय पहले पाकिस्तान के ही एक्टर फिरदोस जमाल (Actor Firdous Jamal) ने उनकी उम्र और एक्टिंग पर कटाक्ष किया था. एक शो के दौरान एक्टर ने कहा था कि माहिरा एक्टिंग अच्छी नहीं करती हैं, और उनकी उम्र को देखते हुए उन्हें अब मां के रोल करने चाहिए. माहिर ने उस वक्त ही फिरदोस के कमेंट का जवाब दिया था,व हीं अब एक्ट्रेस ने इंडस्ट्री में होने वाले एजिज़्म पर फिर से बात की है.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">हाल ही में अपनी &nbsp;माहिरा और फहद मुस्तफा ने नई फिल्म Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad के प्रमोशन के लिए Taimoor Salahuddin (Mooroo) के पॉडकॉस्ट शो में शिरकत की. शो में माहिरा में इंडस्ट्री में एजिज़्म को लेकर सवाल किया गया जिसका माहिरा ने ख़ूबसूरती से जवाब दिया. एक्ट्रेस ने कहा, 'जब पुरुषों और महिलाओं की बात आती है तो एजिज़्म को अलग-अलग तरह से &nbsp;देखा जाता है. इसमें महिलाओं के साथ भेदभाव होता है'. एक्ट्रेस ने कहा कि लोग अब भी उम्रदराज़ लोगों को लीड रोल में देखना चाहते हैं, लेकिन उसके लिए हमें बात करनी होगी. एक्ट्रेस ने फक्र से कहा, 'मैं तलाकशुदा हूं और मेरा एक 12 साल का बेटा है जो 13 साल का होने वाला है.'</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF;
